Courses/Progams
Career Readiness Education and Development
Students should expect to increase their written and oral communication skills, as well as develop problem-solving abilities based on logic. Students will also improve their ability to identify and communicate about emotions and identify factors involved in problematic behavior in themselves
and others.
Financial Literacy
Students should expect to learn a variety of career-readiness subjects, including resume writing, professional communication and development, and budgeting. Furthermore, our
program covers topics such as understanding the economy, investing, and understanding taxes, assets, and liabilities. To achieve these goals, we use modules from the
Casey Life Skills training and W!SE financial education.
Site Safety Supervision/OSHA Certification
Students are able to receive certifications as a Site Safety Supervisor, OSHA 10, and OSHA 30 through this course. Our Site Safety and OSHA 10 & 30 training classes and hands-on workshops are the primary modes of workforce development courses that students should expect to take.
